Partner with EFAS
EFAS works with schools serving children from low-income communities. If you are a principal or trustee who believes education should prepare children for life and not just the next exam, we should talk.
Adopt a Classroom
A 12-month partnership. An EFAS Program Manager embedded in your school four days a week. The school pays per classroom. EFAS owns the outcomes.
- Grades 2-8 · starts one month before each school's session
- 4 days/week on-site presence
- Teacher coaching included
- KSAV framework: 44 competencies
Reading Fluency & Comprehension (Year 1, closed)
This program ran in Year 1 and is not currently offered. It reached 1,500 students across three schools in 3 months. Schools interested in a future version are welcome to reach out.

CSR and institutional funding
EFAS is registered as Education Access Foundation (Section 8 company). We are a fit for CSR partners looking to invest in measurable education outcomes for children from low-income communities.

Join the team
We hire Program Managers who are ready to work inside schools four days a week, coaching teachers, tracking children, and building the evidence base. The work is demanding. The impact is direct.

Volunteer
We occasionally need professionals who can contribute 2 hours a month as mentors, facilitators, or guest speakers in our partner schools. If you have a specific skill to offer, reach out.
