These terms apply to anyone who visits efas.in, donates to EFAS, or uses any service on this website. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
About EFAS
EFAS (Education Access Foundation) is a Section 8 nonprofit company registered in Ahmedabad, India. We do not distribute profits to shareholders or founders. All funds received are used for our education programs.
Donations
All donations are voluntary contributions to a nonprofit organisation. By donating, you confirm that:
- You are the authorised owner of the payment method you are using
- Your donation is made voluntarily and in good faith
- You understand that donations are not refundable except in the circumstances described in our Refund Policy
Donations to EFAS currently do not qualify for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. We have submitted our 80G application and will notify donors when it is confirmed.
Monthly giving
If you join as a monthly donor, your chosen amount will be charged automatically each month using Razorpay subscriptions. You can cancel at any time: cancel directly through your bank or card provider, or email ceo@efas.in and we will cancel within 48 hours. There is no penalty or fee for cancelling.

We make every effort to keep the information on this website accurate. If you notice an error or have a concern, please email us.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as-is. EFAS is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of this site, including payment failures or technical errors. In the event of a payment error, please see our Refund Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
